I am blown away by how nice our home came clean today. I called Sunshine to quote doing only the gutters. During our consultation I was told about their home soft exterior cleaning service. I agreed to the gutter cleaning with the exterior soft cleaning service. That was the best money I have spent in a while. Vertually all the mildew on the gutters and soffits is gone. Garage looks new, siding paint looks new, truly impressed. I would use Sunshine again no questions.

Sunshine cleaning service did an exceptional job cleaning the exterior of my home. They cleared the leaves from the roof, cleaned the gutters, did a soft wash on the exterior vinyl and power washed the driveway. I am so happy with the work Sunshine Cleaning Service did on my house. I originally hired them to power wash my house, my roof, and the wheelchair ramp in the front. The ramp also needed to be resealed which they agreed to do as well. I was so happy with the job they did on that, that I then asked them to paint the ramp (since they were resealing it anyway), porch, and gutters. They did an amazing job! Mark and his team were responsive and conscientious. I was kept informed at every step along the way. I feel like I have a new house - at least from the outside. These folks are great! I will definitely use them again. I wish I could show you true before and after photos, but I have been so embarrassed by the state of my house before, I avoided them. These photos are the aftermath of Sunshine Cleaning's hard work.

There are two Sunshine companies and I confused Sunshine Cleaning Service with Sunshine Window Cleaning. Sunshine Cleaning Service offers a variety of services not just window cleaning. Lately I’ve dealt with a lot of professional contractors. Including two different painters. My experience with this business to stain my deck, has been the best I can remember, hands down! He gave the fairest prive was professional, respectful and informative. people showed up when they said they would. They worked efficiently and were impressive. It wasnt just a pressure wash! They used chemicals to clean the deck and then to kill algae and other nuisances. They were very thorough. After it dried they came to stain and had the 500 square feet done before I got home from work! It looks great and they warranty their work! Mark was very professional and responsive to my inquiry regarding pressure washing my driveway. This was caused by a combination of mildew caused by the wet summer as well as residual tire marks and stains left by a tree removal service. Mark asked great questions to determine the cleansing materials needed, and approximate dimensions of the surface to give me a quote. Jason arrived the next day (one day earlier than originally anticipated) on time and ready to clean the driveway. These guys are great! Anyone can rent a power washer and spray water all over the place. Not these guys. They took the time to examine the areas I was having trouble with (mold, mildew, etc.) treated the areas with the correct, environmentally safe chemicals and used a "soft wash" technique on the bricks to avoid blasting the mortar out. It all looks brand new. Very knowledgeable and professional. Not the cheapest guys out there, but you get what you pay for!!!

I recently hired Sunshine Cleaning Service to soft wash the siding on my house. Mark did a fantastic job cleaning the entire exterior of my home from the gutters down. I hadn't realized how much algae, mildew, and dirt had built up until I got the dreaded letter from the HOA. It looks completely clean now, and hardly took any time at all. I was especially pleased at how clean the gutters ended up since they had gotten pretty grimy. Communication was great and Mark was super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

First, I'd like to say that Mark and his son Pedro are wonderful people who are a pleasure to talk to and work with. I first hired Sunshine to come clean my gutters, which were in dire need. Not only did they get my gutters emptied, but they informed me that another company had not followed through on installing gutter guards as I had initially thought. Which brings me to the second time I hired Sunshine. Instead of going with the large company who wanted to meet a minimum before even coming out, I went with Mark and Sunshine to install the gutter guards. He was super transparent in pricing and again super quick with coming out to get them installed. Pedro was so quick that I had nearly missed the entire installation. And before leaving, they even did a courtesy blow off of the remaining gutters. I'll definitely be using Sunshine for my future exterior cleaning needs. TL:DR - Mark and Pedro with Sunshine are amazing people who do amazing work at honest prices and I'll gladly use them in the future.
