• Payment information — handled exclusively by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store credit card or banking details on our servers

• Process payments and send invoices
• Improve our website, services, and AI chat assistant

4. SMS / text messaging

If you provide your phone number through our quote request form or directly to us, you may receive SMS (text) messages from Sunshine Cleaning Service related to:

• Appointment scheduling — confirmations, reminders, and updates about your scheduled service
• Service updates — crew-on-the-way notifications, arrival windows, completion confirmations
• Quote follow-ups — responses to inquiries you submitted
• Review requests — after a completed service, a link to leave a review

Consent. SMS messages are sent only after you explicitly consent by checking the consent box on our quote request form or by texting us first. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any service purchase.

Message frequency. Expected volume is low — typically 1-5 messages per active service engagement. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for support information. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.

Privacy. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Numbers are processed by our SMS infrastructure provider (Twilio) solely to deliver your messages.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly without them. We do not use cookies for advertising retargeting.

6. AI chat assistant (Sunny)

Our website includes an AI chat assistant named Sunny powered by Claude (Anthropic) via OpenRouter. Conversations with Sunny are processed by these third parties to generate responses. Conversation content is not used to identify you personally and is not sold or shared for advertising. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information through the chat.

7. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Our payment processor (Stripe) is PCI-DSS compliant. Our website is served over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

• Access and correction — you may request access to or correction of your personal information by emailing us
• Deletion — you may request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records
• Marketing emails — you may opt out by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send you
• Do Not Call — phone numbers added to the National Do Not Call Registry are honored for non-customer communication

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13.
