Our Gutter Cleaning Process

1. Roof and gutter inspection: We check the gutter line for separation, sagging, or damage before we touch anything. If we find a real problem, you hear about it before we start — not after.
2. Debris removal: We hand-remove the bulk of leaves, pine straw, oak tassels, and shingle grit. Bagging it as we go means it doesn't end up on your landscaping or in your downspouts.
3. Downspout flush: We flush every downspout with water to confirm flow. A gutter you can see is clean isn't useful if the downspout is plugged at the bottom — that's where most flooding actually starts.
4. Final rinse and cleanup: We rinse the gutter trough so finer sediment moves through, then bag and remove all debris from the property. We do not leave piles on the lawn or in the beds.
