1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our service.

2. Service Description

Sunshine Cleaning Service provides professional exterior cleaning services including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning across the Metro Atlanta area.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted upon in-person inspection if conditions differ significantly from initial descriptions or photographs provided by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide access to a working water supply on the property. Please ensure all windows are closed, and fragile items or vehicles are moved away from the immediate work area before our arrival.

5. Liability

We carry comprehensive insurance and take all necessary precautions. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or poor maintenance of the surfaces being cleaned (e.g., loose siding, failing paint, or unsealed windows).

6. SMS / Text Message Program

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Sunshine Cleaning Service Company LLC(“Sunshine Cleaning Service,” “we,” “us”). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Program description & use cases

Our SMS program sends two categories of messages, each requiring a separate opt-in:

• Transactional messages: quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, technician arrival notifications, invoice and payment notices, and customer service responses.
• Marketing messages: seasonal promotions, service specials, and occasional updates about new services in your area.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month.

Opt-out instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any additional messages. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

Carriers & liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major and minor carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive SMS messages from us. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information related to mobile opt-in are excluded from being shared. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors that support the SMS program (such as our messaging platform provider).
